Bookings

Lessons are booked directly with the tutor. A confirmation is provided by email once a lesson time has been agreed.

Payment terms are agreed at the outset. Invoices are issued for hourly lessons or lesson packages.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Lessons cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

Lessons are delivered in a calm, respectful environment. Universal Tutor reserves the right to end any arrangement where this cannot be maintained.
